  • Age bracket

  • Parent or guardian name, email, and phone number (where applicable)

  • Medical information (where provided)

  • Emergency contact details (where provided)

Why we collect it and our legal basis

  • Booking management: To process your booking and communicate with you about the event. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

  • Safeguarding: To ensure appropriate consent and emergency information is in place for under-18 attendees. Legal basis: legal obligation.

  • Future communications: Only if you explicitly opted in via the Stay in the loop checkbox. Legal basis: consent.

Who we share it with

Your data is processed by the following third-party tools:

  • Google (Forms, Sheets, Gmail): booking and communication

  • Brevo: mailing list management

  • Zapier: automated communications

All are GDPR-compliant processors.

How long we keep it

We retain booking data for 12 months following the event. Mailing list data is retained until you unsubscribe.
